JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales and lead sourcing: Acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and ensuring weekly sales targets are achieved
Negotiation and closing of deals: Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and to ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership
Sales operations: Ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are implemented in a timely and accurate manner
Brand ambassador: Become the face of Lalamove when engaging local partners to promote our services and values
Generate New Business Revenue as per Targets
Drive new business prospecting throughout the Territory/VM Assigned
Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager
Work time: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
Work location: Han Viet Building, 203 Minh Khai Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor/ College's degree, preferably in marketing or business related subjects;
Min 2 years solid experience in business development or sales in the logistics industry;
Outstanding presentation & communications skills;
Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines;
Proficiency in written Vietnamese & English;
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Self motivated, proactive, take ownership and personal responsibility;
Hard working & friendly team player, enthusiastic and adaptable;

JOB DESCRIPTION
PR (50%)
Develop and edit media pitches, news releases, speeches, articles, interviews and other editorial collateral to garner positive media coverage.
Manage and handle sensitive public issues and prevent reputational risk to the company's brand and image.
Nurture current media relations as well as identify new potential media relations, including managing media interactions and follow-ups.
Plan and execute press conferences, media briefings, and other PR events to promote the company's initiatives and products.
Develop and implement PR strategies, riding on various media channels aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and manage outcomes.
Provide regular reports and make recommendations for improvement.
Communications (50%)
Manage seeding, KOL, Community booking to maximize brand exposure and awareness.
Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to enhance SEO performance. Optimize website content for on-page and off-page SEO factors to improve organic search rankings.
Develop and implement an effective content strategy and SEO-optimized content (including blog posts, articles, landing pages, etc.) to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and support overall business goals.
Regularly monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Handle administrative tasks, ensure campaigns' related paperwork (e.g., contracts, invoices, approvals) is timely organized, tracked, and properly finished.
Special/ ad hoc projects as assigned by the Line Manager/ Department Danager.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years hands-on experience in PR and Content.
Proven experience in media relations, PR, and Content.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messages.
Negotiation and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships.
Be a networker and negotiator who can present the Lalamove brand confidently and strike an effective deal with mutual benefits.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team.
Strong organizational and project management skills..
Strong communication skills & Proficiency in English skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Dán decal logo lên xe tải đối tác để nâng cao nhận diện thương hiệu Lalamove.
Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ tốt đẹp với mạng lưới
tài xế tham gia chương trình xe dán logo.
Góp phần gia tăng đáng kể nhận diện thương hiệu Lalamove thông qua việc mở rộng số lượng xe dán logo.
Phối hợp với các đội ngũ nhân viên tại điểm hỗ trợ để triển khai các sáng kiến mới.
Hoàn thành các mục tiêu và chỉ tiêu cá nhân và theo nhóm.
Thực hiện các dự án đặc biệt/tạm thời theo phân công của Trưởng nhóm/Trưởng phòng.
Địa điểm làm việc: Quận Tân Phú
Thời gian làm việc: Thứ Hai - Thứ Sáu (9am - 6pm); Thứ Bảy (9am - 1pm)
REQUIREMENTS
