1. Recruitment (60%)
• Work closely with HRBP Manager and
Assistant Manager to build a recruitment master plan for new and existing stores;
• Coordinate with team to run projects to meet deadline for opening new stores;
• Promptly report to HRBP Manager/ Assistant Manager any issues/changes arising within the project and propose the suitable solution;
• Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time;
• Connect and build potential candidates through online recruitment channels, such as: website, fanpage, social media, LinkedIn ... and offline events: Job Fairs, Career Events, etc...
• Maintain recruitment database of qualified or potential candidates for current and future needs;
• Participate in branding activities through social media channels;
• Develop a close relationship with vocational school/ university to attract potential candidates and maintain the stable headcounts of stores;
• Develop and improve the recruitment processes to be more innovative and cost effective.
2. Employee Engagement & other HR activities (40%)
• Monitor employee satisfaction/engagement and identify improvement areas to propose action plan
• Support in implementing engagement activities as per approved plan and agenda
• Conduct periodical performance appraisal; Promotion, demotion & internal transfer for effective organization
• Other tasks as requirements
