JOB DESCRIPTION
REPORT TO: Talent Acquisition Team Lead, Commercial
FUNCTION: Talent Acquistion - People Team
WORKING TIME: 9:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday (Flexible working time)
WORKING LOCATION: Mondelez Hung Yen Plant. (Flexible working location, shuttle bus provided).
ONBOARDING TIME: As soon as possible

Support Recruitment Commercial Process: Sourcing, Job Posting on social media,
CV Screening, Phone Interview, Interview Arrangement, Payment Process,
Referral program campaign, Candidate Database,...
Recruitment Positions: Sales Representative, Sales Supervisor,...
Support EB & Recruitment Projects: Career Fair, Design Recruitment & Employer
Branding POSM, Event Logistic,...
REQUIREMENTS
Senior students or fresh graduates can work full-time.
Has experience of working on recruitment tasks in previous part-time jobs/student clubs is a plus.
English communication: Intermediate or Proficiency.
Pro-active, agility, resilience, customer oriented.
Good communication with stakeholders.
Can be worked under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint,...
Can design or edit videos in Canva, Photoshop is a plus.
