JOB DESCRIPTION
You'll be the creative eye behind our daily video content across social media and marketing platforms. From cinematic long-form videos that capture the thrill of flight, to snappy, viral-style short clips that grab attention on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts - you'll turn raw footage into stories that make people dream of flying.
You'll work closely with our marketing and on-ground team to plan, edit, and publish daily content that showcases our flights, pilots, travelers, and the stunning Sapa landscape. Your editing style should bring energy, emotion, and authenticity - whether it's a 15-second teaser or a full travel vlog.

Expect to handle footage shot from GoPros, drones, and handheld cameras; sync it with music, text overlays, and voiceovers; and adapt it for each platform's format and vibe. You'll also maintain an organized media library and ensure brand consistency across all outputs.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in video editing (shortform + longform)
Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Understanding of social media trends, pacing, and formats (TikTok, Reels, YouTube)
Basic color grading and sound mixing skills
Strong storytelling sense and visual creativity
Able to work independently and meet fast content turnaround times
Bonus: Experience with drone footage, motion graphics, or YouTube storytelling

Content Writing & SEO Execution - 70%
Write SEO-optimized articles, blogs, and landing pages for the main website and satellite websites.
Create guest posts to secure high-quality backlinks.
Optimize content elements including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal links, external links, and slugs.
Outreach & Partnership - 10%
Contact external websites, media partners, and bloggers to arrange guest posts and backlink exchanges.
SEO Tracking & Reporting - 20%
Monitor keyword rankings, search performance, and backlink profile regularly.
Update and supervise the execution of the SEO plan.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic knowledge of SEO principles (keywords, ranking signals, backlinks, domain authority, slugs).
Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO.
Experience writing SEO content or blogs (preferred).
Ability to research keywords and competitors effectively.
Good communication skills for outreach to partner sites.
