[HN] Senior OT Security Specialist

I. Job Responsibilities
Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of cybersecurity solutions for industrial production networks (OT systems) at factories.
Directly deploy, administer, and operate endpoint security solutions, especially Trellix Antivirus and equivalent tools in manufacturing environments.
Perform System Hardening for servers, workstations, and network devices based on security standards (CIS Benchmarks...) in OT environments.
Work directly with international vendors/partners to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize systems.
Conduct security configuration reviews for SCADA, DCS, PLC, HMI, and other control systems.
Coordinate security assessments for OT environments.
Support security reviews of OT systems including firewall, industrial IDS/IPS, NAC, proxy, and monitoring tools.
Participate in OT incident response, collect logs, and analyze root causes.
Develop technical procedures, implementation guides, and checklists for real deployment.
II. Technical Background & Certifications
1. Required Technical Background (Minimum 3 years of experience)
Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:
Deployment of endpoint security solutions (highly preferred: Trellix, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, etc.)
OS Hardening for Windows/Linux and network devices
Network security infrastructure: firewall, routing, switching, VLAN, Domain Controller, AD security
Strong advantage: Experience deploying/operating SIEM systems (Splunk, QRadar, ELK, FortiSIEM, etc.) or working as a SOC Analyst

CCNA / Security+
CompTIA Security+

NIST SP 800-82
MITRE ATT&CK for ICS
3. Experience & Skills Requirements
Language

Must be able to read technical documents, join meetings, and communicate independently with international vendors
