JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Control Assurance Intern, you will assist the Control Assurance Manager in maintaining and enhancing the company's internal control framework. This includes supporting the implementation of compliance policies, conducting audits, analyzing reports, and ensuring adherence to corporate standards in financial and operational controls.
Audit Support: Assist in conducting internal audits and control self-assessments across properties.
Participate in site visits to evaluate the effectiveness of controls and adherence to policies.

Policy and Procedure Compliance: Help monitor compliance with company policies, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and AntiCorruption guidelines.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial and operational data to identify anomalies, discrepancies, or potential risks.
Review and follow up on flagged transactions in Anomaly Detection Reports.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for internal review.
Coordinate with finance, operational, and property management teams to ensure smooth compliance
processes.
Administrative Support: Maintain organized records of audits, reports, and compliance documentation.
Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to join a full-time internship program for 4 - 6 months.
Current university student or recent graduate, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
or a related field.
Previous internship or part-time experience in Finance, Accounting or Auditing is an advantage.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel for site visits to properties as part of control assessments and audits.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills is a plus.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Purchasing Intern, you will assist the Procurement Manager in paperwork regarding group procurement.
In regards to cluster purchase packages, a consolidated data collection will be initiated by contacting the buyer
responsible for each property.
In regards to purchases at Corporate, will work closely with HODs to establish specific and detailed
requirements that enable us to solicit competitive quotes from suppliers.
Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of quotes.
Cross-check the quotation data to ensure the quoted price adheres to the stipulated requirements.
Comparing prices to determine the best supplier.
Monitoring suppliers closely to ensure on-time delivery of samples, goods/services.
Maintaining a systematic archive of all executed contracts.
Ensure the weekly procurement and contract reports are updated and sent to the line manager.
Managing logistics activities.
Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to join a full-time internship program for 6 months.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Current university student or recent graduate, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business
Administration, or a related field.
Previous internship or part-time experience in hospitality is an advantage.

Greet all guests warmly and enthusiastically upon arrival and departure. Open and hold the main door to welcome and see off guests, ensuring a friendly and professional impression.
Guide and assist in-house tenants with required documentation for services such as visa extensions, residence permits, and Internet service applications.
Support guests with flight ticket bookings, transportation arrangements, tour bookings, and providing general information to enhance their stay.
Collect feedback and complaints from residents, including reviews on OTA websites, and promptly inform relevant departments for resolution. Ensure timely responses are provided to residents.
Personally meet, greet, and escort long-stay and VIP guests upon arrival.
Plan monthly events and activities to engage residents, including preparing proposals, estimating costs, and coordinating with department heads.
Develop and implement creative ideas to surprise and delight residents, enhancing their experience.
Perform any other tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or higher degree in English or Hospitality.
Fresh graduates or young professionals with no prior experience. However, having relevant working experience is an advange.
