Mô tả công việc
-To build Reports, support for data mining & analysis, building MIS & Dashboards, Reporting and KPI Performance Management tasks
- Internal: Finance Planning FPD, Strategy Division SD, Credit Planning, Compliance, Risk management, Business Development (RM), Branches, Trade, OPAC and others.
- Initiating, designing, building MIS Business Reports & Dashboards at multi dimension level to manage the performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the business for branches network;
- Support for Branches KPI Management tasks
- Have experience on excel advance / VBA excel / macro
- Have knowledge of Banking products, services.
- Perform regular data reviews & analyses of current performance & process;
- Conduct insightful, ad-hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
- Run target marketing customer lead of current bank's database to support channel's business.
- To facilitate for effective implement of data information in business operation
- Prepare power point presentations, dashboard reports
- To prepare documentary in relevant procedures

- Education: Finance, Banking, Economics
- Experience: At least 1-2 year experience in Finance/ Banking/ MIS Reporting/ KPI field
- Understand of banking products
- Good knowledge on Excel, VBA, words, power points
- Willing to work with figures, data, reports
- Work under pressure
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good English
- Teamwork
- Passion on working data and figures
- Carefully & Logical Thinking
-Degree, Certificate: University degree
