HORECA Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing HORECA key accounts nationwide, driving sustainable sales growth, ensuring service excellence, product availability, and long-term partnerships in alignment with Go Direct business strategy
1. Key Account Strategy & Channel Development
• Develop and execute sales strategies for HORECA key accounts (restaurant chains, hotels, catering groups, central kitchens).
• Build annual business plans (JBP) per key account.
2. Key Account Management & Contract Negotiation
• Manage commercial terms, contracts, rebates, pricing, and volume commitments.
• Lead contract renewal and customer profitability management.
3. Sales Operations & Execution Excellence
• Ensure correct execution of pricing, delivery, product specs, and service standards.
• Monitor OTIF, return rate, complaints, and service KPIs.
4. Demand Planning & Cross-functional Coordination
• Coordinate demand forecast with Supply Chain & Production.
• Align seasonal demand, promotions, and capacity planning.
5. Customer Relationship & Service Quality
• Act as main contact for key customers.
• Resolve operational issues, complaints, and service gaps promptly.
6. Business Analysis & Performance Tracking
• Analyze sales, margin, SKU performance, and customer P&L.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reviews.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in HORECA / Food Service / Key Account Sales.
• Strong understanding of fresh meat / food service operations.
• Experience in key account negotiation and customer P&L management.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• English communication is an advantage.
