Mô tả công việc
JOB PURPOSE
Being responsible for implementing revenue operations, procedures and best practices in order to optimize and maximize the revenues, creating the profit of all properties along with managing overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent guest experience and brand image.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Operative Planning
Making entire operation process.
Complete a monthly business plan for all properties. Build the budget, human resource and action plan to achieve the KPI.
Monitor room inventory allotment to have effective selling rooms on all channels.
Checking room occupancy as a daily task and adjusting promotions accordingly.
Handling any related issues arise.
Supervise team members in all activities: location search and deal, renovation, hotel operation, sales performance, service quality... in a prompt and professional process.
Build team structure, recruiting, training and motivating team members.
Ensure that all customer reviews and requests are responded to and actioned within the time parameters as per the standard agreed.
Develop and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective third party distribution and agent accounts.
Ensuring hotel operation compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws.
2. Revenue Analysis & Tracking
Complete the Revenue Analysis Report on a daily basis and communicate to relevant personnel.
Analyze reservations entered on a daily basis to check rates sold and quality of reservations.
3. Pricing
Compile and communicate clearly and concise pricing policies for all current pricing and packages.
Monitor price sensitivity via hotel turn aways and implement appropriate actions.
Complete regular analysis of competitor rates in all segments for all channels.
4. Maximize Revenue
Reaching out to new and existing clients making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services to Corporate (Corp) or Travel Agents (TA).
Being responsible for payment follow up with Corp.
Being responsible to develop the sales process and processes given by management.
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

College/ University degree
At least 5 years' experience in operating hotel/ motel from 15 rooms up
One year of hands-on Hotel Revenue, e-Commerce, Analytic experience
Highly computer literate with a high level command of Excel
Knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS (Property Management System), OTA channels, Extranets
Good analytical and numerical skills for fast data crunching
Having team leadership with a good team spirit, time management skill
Experience in driving and implementing business strategies
Having good management ability, creative, dynamic & hard working
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Good negotiation, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under own initiative in a highly pressured environment
Hard work and work carefully, accurately
Mentality of client service and taking responsibility beyond direct duties
Have a good team spirit and positive working attitude
At least 5 years' experience in operating hotel/ motel from 15 rooms up
