Job Description
1. Administration & Reception (70%)
Reception:
- Support the General Director and related departments in welcoming, guiding customers and partners to contact 7-Eleven directly or indirectly in order to maintain 7-Eleven's professional image
- Answer phones, emails, answer some questions of customers and assist in transferring information to relevant departments according to the assigned scope of work.
- Support other departments in receiving incoming and outgoing documents, documents and papers; hand over relevant documents to departments as prescribed.
- Manage the image, hygiene, safety and security of the office and the ready-to-use status of the equipment...
- Coordinate with the building management to resolve issues related to office management and procedures for notification and reception of guests.
Administrative: Planning and organizing the implementation:
- Make work plan, event calendar and budget plan for office administrative activities by year/quarter/month
- Management office equipment and assets: regularly monitor the status of equipment and assets to maintain or replace equipment to ensure the operation of the company;
- Manage and pay administrative expenses including: electricity and water costs, parking; equipment operating costs; stationery expenses;... and other administrative expenses;
- Management transport for the operation of the company;
- Manage and issue employee cards, uniforms, business cards to employees;
- Order stationery, office tools and supplies monthly;
- Manage and update employee information/announcements/... on the company's internal information page;
- Provide assistance in coordinating shared services such as group lunch/dinner/party activities, if needed;
- Coordinate internal company events including: Team Building, Lunar New Year, Christmas Eve., Year End Party, Women's Day, Company's Anniversary, .
- Schedule and prepare periodic health examination records for employees;
- Maintain up-to-date records of office expenses, expenses and monthly reports;
- Working with the building management when there is any support need related to office operation;

2. Human Resources (30%)
- Support the C&B Department with some tasks related to monitoring of compliance with the Labor Code.
- Support the Recruitment Department with some tasks related to welcoming new employees.
- Other duties assigned by direct manager.

Job Requirement:
- Graduated from University/College majoring in English, Law, Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong passion for providing vital support
- Have attentiveness, adaptability, friendliness, responsibility, and a cooperative mindset.
- Advanced level of English, equivalent to a TOEIC score of 700 or higher
- Strong command of informatics, including proficiency in G-suite tools and familiarity with simple design software.
- Skills in both oral and written communication, as well as expertise in planning, organizing work, and event coordination.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position
