HR
1. Recruitment
Monitor headcount and ensure optimal workforce structure across departments;
Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels;
Coordinate with departments to define JD and selection criteria;
Build candidate pipelines and employer branding through effective channels;
2. C&B
Design and revise compensation & benefits schemes (salary, bonus, insurance, allowances, welfare);
Ensure compliance with labor law and group policies;
Propose initiatives to improve employee retention and satisfaction
Handle monthly payroll for both local and expatriate employees;
Ensure accurate PIT, social insurance, and other statutory deductions;
Coordinate with Accounting and relevant authorities for payroll compliance;
3. Employment Relations & Internal Communication
Ensure smooth internal communication across all levels;
Handle labor relations issues; provide counseling and resolve employee concerns;
Promote a positive working environment and corporate culture;
ADMIN:
Manage general admin operations for both factory and office: facilities, security, supplies, utilities, internal events, etc.;
Responsible for handling legal documents and reports, and liaising with relevant authorities (Labor Dept., IP Management Board, Police, Tax, Social Insurance, Immigration, etc.);
Support foreign experts and families with procedures: work permits, residence cards, health checks, housing, driver's licenses, etc.;
Coordinate with Group IT to implement corporate systems (email, payment, data access) for Vietnam employees;
Work with vendors: contract negotiation, payment processing, and deployment of management software;
Support cross-functional departments and ensure smooth company operations;
Perform other tasks arising during work or as assigned by the Management Board;
Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields;
4-6 years of experience in HR & Admin, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role;
Good knowledge of Vietnam labor law, social insurance, PIT and basic compliance requirements;
Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and general admin tasks;
Experience in working with local authorities (Labor Dept., Tax, Social Insurance, Immigration);
Good communication skills in English or Korean;
Responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality;
Positive attitude, professional ethics, and resourceful;
Detail oriented person;
High commitment & supportive to the team;
Eager to learn and do the extra miles;
Good stress and self-management;
