Novumstate is a group of property management companies in Germany. We are now looking for a HR-Admin officer:
Job Details
- Manage HR Platform of the Group (Personio)
+ Set up system: companies, rules, access rights
+ Cordinate with the companies/ employees to fulfill data
+ Give training to the teams
+ Implement new function of Platform (if any)
- Manage HR-Admin task of Hanoi office: recruitment, onboard, offboard, team building...
- Other admin/ support task as requested.

Yêu cầu
Job Requirements:
- Having at least 2 years as HR, admin position
- Fluent in speaking and writing English, German speaking is preferred.
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Canva, ...).
- Experience with HR Platform (Bamboo HR, Personio...) is advanta
