Mô tả Công việc
1. C&B: (70%)
· In charge of cross check monthly timekeeping and do monthly payroll for employees.
· In charge of social insurance and personal income tax for employees (Register, follow up, update information, report, claim insurance, etc.)
· Monitor, update employee's information on HRIS, leave management, overtime applications (Personal information, salary, benefit, compensation, labor contract, leave balance, etc.)
· Manage labor contract, probation contract and appendix contract for increasing salary, promotion, and internal transferring.
· Do offboarding process for employees (Interview, payroll, insurance, PIT)
· To respond to employees' concerns relating to internal salary and welfares policy, Payroll, Social insurance, PIT, etc.
· Do monthly HR report as Overtime report, Attrition report, manpower, TA report, etc. as requirement of Manager and BOD.
2. Recruitment & Training (20%)
· Supporting the recruitment team in the Job posting, phone screening, recruitment test, interview, selection, salary dealing, job offer, etc. intent to timely hire the right talents for businesses or project's requirements.
· Coordinating with HR & Admin Senior Supervisor in On-Boarding training schedules/programs for Pistachio.
· Supporting on conduct compulsory training sessions: Code of conduct, sexual harassment, fair employees, company regulation....
3. Admin and other relevant tasks (10%)
· Providing administrative support to other departments and employees as needed
· Supporting on the internal activities such as EOM, Quarterly Birthday, Christmas day, Tet...
· Creating and disseminating communications to employees regarding organizational changes, news, and events as required
· Other job tasks within HR & Admin Department assigned by Superior.
Authority:
· Independent in implementing assigned tasks and complying with company regulations.
. To be entitled to request and recommend superior to innovation, and improvements in work.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: College or bachelor's degree in major of Economic, Finance, Banking, Human Resource Management, Foreign Languages (English) or equivalent.
Experience: Above 2 years of working experience in HR & Admin jobs is manufacturing company.
Understand Labor, Social Insurance, PIT laws and regulations.
Has experience in using HR System as FPT, SAP is an advantage.
Good organizational skills and ability to be multi-tasking.
Proficient with Microsoft skills excel report making

Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
Detail & Carefulness
Good negotiation and communication skill
