Mô tả công việc
Be responsible for Human Resource & Admin tasks to ensure smooth Admin operations and attracting, maintaining and motivating suitable employees in short term and long term of the Company with the purpose of effective cooperation between human resource and business development of the Company in compliance with internal labour regulations, principles of fairness and the law.
II. Main Accountabilities
1. C&B works:
• Keying data entries of salary on HRM System
• In Charge of monthly payroll and send pay slip to all employees
• Register SHUI for employees (increasing / decreasing / updating /sickness, pregnancy, closing)
• Make payment request and prepare all documents relating to SHUI claim (maternity, sick leave Cross-check the database with SHUI Office.
• Take employees' feedback and questions relating to salary, bonus, benefits, PIT tax and others to transfer to the Finance & HR Director.
• Labor contract management.
• Working time, overtime control and leave records.
• Gather and analyze market data to proposal to measure the competitiveness of the company's compensation and benefits package, and make recommendations as appropriate.
• Set up the salary scale for employees.
2. Recruitment:
• Perform all recruitment activities for company Complete periodically the database of recruitment progress and monthly / quarterly / annual recruitment results.
• In charge of updating job description, job posting, screen CV, phone interview, interview arrangements, sending offer letters, thank you letters for rejected candidates.
• Manage staff procedure, welcome new joiners and monitor all required documents
3. Employee profiles:
• Deliver hard copy to staff: Probation contract and Labor contract, including composing, getting approval, informing, extending, revising... all decisions relating to salary review and resignation / termination, transfer & promotion, etc.
• Fill & control employee profile.
4. General:
• Responsibility audit: Social audit, Tax audit.
• Proceed all Expats related documents: Visa, Work Permit, Residence Card, Housing, etc;
• Other assignments upon request.
Yêu cầu
1. Education background and working experience:
- Proven 1-2 years of work experience as a HR specialist or a similar role.
- University degree.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor law and familiar with accounting regulations.
2. Skill :
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good computer skill in Excel.
- Good communication and cooperation skill.
- Good in oral and written English.
3. Others:
- Honest, hard working, carefully, teamwork
- Highly motivated, creative thinking, self-decipline
- Work with quick response and high efficiency
- Process thinking, cost saving for company.
