Mô tả công việc
a. Administrative Duties:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Manage / monitor daily office operation.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
b. Human Resources:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
Assist in preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
Manage employee records and maintain HR databases.
Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
Support employee benefits administration.
c. Accounting:
Maintain and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and cash/bank statements.
Assist in payroll calculating/processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.

- Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Graduated from university, major: human resource management, office administration, accounting,...
- Basic English reading and comprehension
- Good communication and situation handling skills
- Teamwork skills, interacting with many departments and members
- Good time and work management skills
