Mô tả công việc
• Support expatriates in accomplishing entry procedure, residence card, work permit, housing rental...
• Manage administrative tasks including stationery, water supply, express service, guest welcoming...
• Handle all incoming & outgoing mails and calls.
• Supervise service suppliers of housekeeping and security.
• Control uniform purchase & distribution.
• Support in organizing company events such as annual health check, outing trip, Year-end Party...
• Manage 5S in office & public areas
• Perform other related work as required- Implement other allowable tasks assigned by Manager/Leader.
• Comply with the company's regulations, and regulations on fire prevention, occupational safety, and health
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or others related major
• Good at English & Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
