HR Assistant Manager

his is a full-time on-site role located in Long Thành for an Human Resources Assistant Manager who will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, all relevant HR laws and regulations, engagement activities, internal and external audit. This position will also be responsible for implementing strategies to improve the overall employee experience, employee retention, and performance management, events.
The main Task:
Engage in building personnel structure, personnel division of the department in accordance with business development strategy of the company.
Participate in the development of relevant personnel assessment standards such as work goals, capabilities, performance results.
Participate and take main responsibility for internal audit and customer audit.
Develop policy plans, engagement activities, and cultural environment for employees.
Develop and improve processes and regulations related to recruitment and training, C&B, administrative, emloyee relation....
Coordinated to answer questions of employees about internal rules of labor, timekeeping, salary and other welfare regimes.
Organizing, planning and supervising all events for the company annually
