To support daily work of HR Department, we have an immediate opening for the position of HR Assistant.
Job Description:
Support and keep track of learning and development activities of HR department and the company
Support HRM with administrative task related to policies
Manage and schedule meetings with partnered universities and organizations for office tours, job fairs and internship periods
Be responsible for various HR reports and other essential reports of the department
Attend meetings and record meeting minutes, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, events, and make travel arrangements as needed
Other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by HRM
