Key Responsibilities:
The Human Resource Associate/Senior Associate is responsible for supporting key HR functions, including recruitment, staffing, training, and employee development.
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70%)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including job boards, professional networks, and the Vietcap Careers page (Facebook & LinkedIn)
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist top candidates. Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in person
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to design interview processes and forecast staffing needs
• Track key recruitment metrics such as CV-to-offer ratio and source of hire to enhance hiring efficiency
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs
• Strengthen employer branding and promote recruitment efforts through various platforms
• Conduct reference checks and maintain accurate recruitment records, including resumes, interview notes, and job descriptions
• Maintain a Masterfile of potential candidates for future opportunities
• Prepare and send job offers, negotiate employment terms, and manage onboarding documentation
• Oversee the internship program, including recruitment and intern documentation
• Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
2. Training & Development (30%)
• Identify training needs and support the development of training programs aligned with company goals
• Assist in designing and managing training resources
• Conduct orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Deliver approved training sessions on soft skills, technical competencies, and regulatory requirements
• Organize and manage Securities Training programs for employees
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and employee feedback
• Maintain training records, including employees' Securities Practice and CFA Certificates
• Ensure compliance with training fee policies and manage reimbursement requests from departing employees
• Assist employees in applying for Securities Practice Certificates and maintain accurate certification records
• Report changes in securities practice certifications for new hires and resignations to the State Securities Commission.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar HR roles
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience in using social media and professional networks for talent sourcing
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
• Ability to collaborate with managers across various departments and levels
• Experience in training and development is a plus
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail
• Experience with HRM software is an advantage.
