HR & Compliance Manager (English & Chinese, ID 22746, 3100 USD)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an HR & Compliance Manager (English & Chinese, ID 22746, 3100 USD):
1. Compliance Management
Take overall responsibility for implementing and maintaining customerstandards at the factory.
Ensure factory operations comply with customer'srequirements and applicable laws and regulations.
Act as the key contact person for customer-relatedrequirements, assessments and audits.
Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare for customer assessments/audits and follow up on corrective action plans.
Monitor and continuously improve compliance related to: Labor conditions and human rights; Occupational health and safety; Environmental protection; Business ethics; Employee welfare and working conditions.
Identify compliance gaps and work with relevant departments to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
2. Human Resources Management
Oversee overall HR activities at the factory, including: Recruitment and workforce planning; Training and development; Compensation & Benefits (C&B); Employee relations; HR policies and procedures; Labor compliance and employee welfare.
Work closely with the Factory Manager and the existing HR staff to establish and improve the factory's HR management system.
Prepare and submit HR and compliance reports to the Chinese Factory Manager and Group Headquarters in China.
Coordinate with management and relevant departments to ensure smooth implementation of company policies, customer requirements and compliance standards.
Provide professional advice to management on HR, labor and compliance-related matters.
