HR Cum Admin Executive

Office management (60%)
Manage personal documents: Offer letter, labor contract and HR's decisions.
Planning and request for employees' benefits such as birthdays, sick leave, insurance, team building
Oversee all aspects of general office and facility operations (stationery, office supplies, maillings, bill payments, accommodation).
Be responsible for company activities to engage all team members.
Other admin tasks requested by BOD.
Recruitment (40%)
Own recruitment, from sourcing CVs to finalizing offer letters with selected candidates.
Facilitate the testing and interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
Work with managers to understand recruitment needs and update job descriptions.
Manage and handle the recruiting process.
Manage onboarding and offboarding team members.
Handle and guide with offer letters, agreements, and other paper works.
