• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and organize company events.
• Facilitate communication between management and employees to address concerns.
• Conduct research and analysis to improve HR practices and employee satisfaction.
• Organized internal events, handle employee issues.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related area, preferably as an intern.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
