The Talent Acquisition Leader is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs while ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost optimization. This role leads and develops the Talent Acquisition team, improves recruitment processes, and contributes to building a strong employer brand to support the company's business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Management
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment plans aligned with the company's headcount OKRs.
Allocate hiring targets to team members and monitor recruitment progress.
Lead the recruitment process for managerial, senior, and business-critical positions.
Ensure recruitment targets are achieved in terms of hiring volume, quality, and turnaround time.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for frequently hired positions.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop the
Talent Acquisition Executive team.
Set team objectives and KPIs, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Coach team members on sourcing strategies, competency-based interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
Recruitment Process Optimization
Standardize and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower request to onboarding.
Develop recruitment standards and candidate assessment criteria for different job families.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as Time to Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Cost per Hire.
Recommend and implement initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Partnering with Hiring Managers
Act as a strategic recruitment partner for business functions by understanding hiring needs and defining ideal candidate profiles.
Provide recruitment consultation and market insights to Hiring Managers.
Regularly update stakeholders on hiring progress and proactively propose solutions to recruitment challenges.
Employer Branding
Collaborate with relevant departments to implement employer branding initiatives.
Expand and strengthen recruitment channels, professional communities, university partnerships, and external recruitment networks.
Propose and execute initiatives to enhance candidate experience and strengthen the company's employer brand.
