The HR&GA Generalist will be a sole contributor to responsible for performing full HR&GA function for Vietnam office by partnering with Regional HR of Asia Office (TW HQ) and supporting Vietnam Site Manager for office management matters. The scope of work and projects will range from long-term strategy planning and execution to daily operational support, including payroll process, recruiting project, new hire orientation, employee engagement, office operation, enforcing company policy and supporting the site's leadership with coaching and advice.
Payroll/C&B
• Manage the payroll vendor to make sure they deliver Company expectation.
• Handle for HR Audit from internal or external audit parties
• Prepare monthly payroll reports such as payroll reconciliation/ cost allocation, ad-hoc.
• Suggest and manage group insurance, including vendor survey and package negotiation for the company.
• Design and propose competitive local C&B package, in collaboration with HR SEA and TW HQ.
Recruitment
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing, phone screening, shortlisting to closing.
• Fulfil open vacancies with the productivity to close each HC.
• Provide advice to Hiring Managers as required (e.g. candidate package negotiation, key competences).
Employee Relations
• Plan Employee Engagement activities to strengthen employee morale and retention.
• Provide advisory management in addressing employee relations issues.
• Organize employees' quarterly and annual performance reviews.
• Coordinate employee termination process when required.
Reports & Budgeting
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering payroll, headcount, and employee movement.
• Generate HR function reports up to management level for strategic decision-making.
• Apply sound budgeting methodology to effectively manage both HR and office budgets.
• Monitor and control expenditures to ensure spending remains within designated limits and closely aligned with actual costs.
Training & Development
• Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding.
• Organize internal training when required
Office Operations & Events
• Oversee office expenses and work closely with the General Administration team to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Organize regular office events, coordinate festival celebrations, and manage team-building activities to strengthen employee engagement.

Yêu cầu
Years of experience: Minimum 5+ years as in-house HR with specialty in Payroll, TA, ER and GA.
Education (degree, major): Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent practical experience.
Specific skills:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated project management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced level skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Solid knowledge of Employee Relations and local Labor Law.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Able to adapt to cross-department collaboration by following different management principles.
Interview Process: 02 rounds with an assignment (reference check is required)
