Mô tả công việc
1. Job Purpose
Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and processes from the Head Office (HO) at the Hanoi branch while providing flexible solutions to meet local business needs. Manage and coordinate Office Administration activities at the branch to ensure an efficient working environment and compliance with company regulations.
2. Key Responsibilities
➢ HR Operations at the Branch
• Oversee the execution of the branch's C&B functions, ensuring efficient payroll processing, social insurance, personal income tax, benefit management, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Assist in developing C&B strategies, creating and controlling C&B budgets, and driving continuous improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and Company performance.
• Collaborate with branch departments to ensure workforce alignment with business needs.
• Address HR-related issues at the branch, acting as a bridge between employees and management.
➢ Implement HR Strategies & Policies from HO
• Execute HR policies & procedures as directed by HO, ensuring consistency & compliance.
• Monitor, report, and propose adjustments to policies to align with local branch needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and relevant legal regulations.
➢ Recruitment & Talent Development
• Execute recruitment plans based on branch needs, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.
• Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires at the branch.
➢ Culture & Employee Engagement
• Implement corporate culture initiatives.
• Foster employee engagement and build a positive and productive work environment.
• Assess employee satisfaction and propose solutions to enhance the work experience.
➢ Office Administration Management
• Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and meet workplace needs.
• Oversee administrative services such as office maintenance, security, cleaning, and equipment provisioning.
• Control office operating costs and propose budget optimization solutions.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and fire prevention regulations.

Yêu cầu
A. Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2 years in HR and office administration management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR-related regulations in Vietnam.
• Experience in HR data management or HR digital transformation is a plus.
B. Skills
• Strong HR operations and process management skills.
• Leadership & team management skills.
• Analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and HRIS (if applicable).
• Fluent Vietnamese and English
C. Personal Attributes
• Proactive, adaptable, and continuously improving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• High commitment and responsibility towards work and organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
