Mô tả công việc

1. Recruitment:
1.1. Manage and lead recruitment activities:
Select appropriate candidates as required.
Analysis the recruitment requisition.
Design job posters, post jobs, sort CVs, phone interviews and coordinate with other Department Heads for interview arrangement.
Review Job descriptions and cooperate with other Department Heads to design functional tests.
1.2. Manage headcount budget.
1.3. Reports of recruitment status to ensure lead time for KPI.
1.4. Develop better procedures and policies in relating to the recruitment and talent attraction.
1.5. Manage job posting services.
2. Improve and maintain employee relationships.
3. Manage and lead the Company activities or events.
4. Make training plan, manage performance evaluation and KPIs.
5. Manage and maintain the legal performance of HR operations to stay on track with changing laws and regulations.
6. Manage discipline procedure and implementation.

Yêu cầu

1. Education:Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
2. Experience:At least 3years of experienceas the same role in multinational companies.
3. Languages:Good command in English (a must)
4. Other requirements:
Microsoft Skill: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong planning,analytical& negotiation skills
Priority for anyone with wide networks for candidates of operator & technician level with diploma holders.
5. Others:
CV in English with photo
Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Mon - Fri, alternative Saturdays

Work Location: Bình Thắng, Dĩ An, Bình Dương (close to Dongnai Bridge), Shuttle Car from HCM to Red Bull Factory.
