- Timekeeping, payroll for employees and make HR reports to send to HQ
- Monitoring and updating data on increases, decreases and adjust in social insurance; make labor and union reports
- Declare personal income tax and make yearly report on PIT.
- Manage, monitor, and renew employee labor contracts.
- Draft decisions, notices, and related regulations of the Human Resources Administration Department.

HR Manager- Graduated from university/ college or higher in Human Resources Management, Finance, Economics, Law, Foreign and other related majors.
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent Chinese or English
- Proficiency in computer software like MS Office, typing;
- Have extensive knowledge of human resource management, understanding of labor law, social insurance law and personal income tax.
- Good communication, behavioral problem-solving skills.
