Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HR administration tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to enhance new hire integration.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to promote continuous learning.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity.
• Support HR processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experiences
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in recruitment and employee relations is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
- Possess knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and HR best practices.
- Able to communicate (written and verbal) in English language.
