Mô tả công việc
Your Responsibilities
** C&B (50%)
Monthly payroll process, effectively manage payroll master data
Registering, monitoring, and implementing insurance, medical insurance, and personal income tax
Follow up, and monitor staff probation/ Labour contract due date to ensure proper arrangement before the expiry date required by Laws
Ensure timely and accurate HR expense reports to the Finance department
Report, policies & processes: Prepare Report in an accurate & timely manner, provide guidance/advice to employees on relevant policies & processes implementation
Manage employees' labor contracts according to labor policies and laws
Follow and implement compensation policies
** Employee Relations (30%)
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
Participate in organizing company events and team-building activities
Assist to develop and implement company policies, orientation, handbooks, working procedures, etc.
Support and maintain the employee engagement programs and initiatives that support Anfin's organizational goals and culture
Maintain and improve measurement standards to provide meaningful information that will guide continual improvement and further increase employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
Support TA to develop ideas for External/ Internalintegrated campaigns such as new hiring, launching, recruitment workshop campaign, etc.
** Administration (20%)
Responsible for handling general affairs and office management/supplies
Contact suppliers & purchase office equipment and stationery
Follow up policies & procedures for assets Management, ensure office & facility are under good condition & well utilized
Other tasks assigned by the CEO
Our Requirements
Graduated from University with a Bachelor of Human Resources Management or Law or relevant
From 1-3 years of working experience in a similar capacity
Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, and HR laws
Willing to work in a fast-paced, hands-on, growth-oriented work environment
Good at problem-solving, organizing, and maintaining skills
Proactive, energetic, careful, and willing-to-learn attitude
Good communication and Interpersonal skills
