Mô tả công việc

Recruitment (60%)
Partner with the seniors to understand talent needs and develop requirements strategies.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Process onboarding procedures.
People Development (30%)
Partner with the seniors to:
Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps.
Develop and implement training programs for employee growth and development.
Set performance goals and conduct performance reviews.
Administration (10%)
Other admin tasks assigned by the team

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 1.5 year of experience in HR generalist or recruitment role.
Good knowledge in Human Resources
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Responsible, open-minded, willing to learn new things and ability to work under pressure
Fluent in both writing and speaking in English
BIG PLUS:
French language
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
