We are looking for a dynamic and creative HR Intern to join our team! This role will focus on content creation, design, and event coordination. If you have hands-on experience acting as an MC, event host, or in charge of event planning for clubs or social activities, this will be a great advantage!
Assist in creating engaging HR-related content for internal communication, social media, and employer branding.
Support the HR team in organizing and hosting company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.
Design visual materials (posters, banners, presentations) for internal events, company culture promotions, and recruitment campaigns.
Act as an MC, event host, or event planner to ensure smooth execution of corporate events.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance employer branding and workplace culture.
Assist in administrative tasks related to HR activities.
Yêu cầu
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
Commitment to work 5 business days per week.
Strong passion for content creation, graphic design, and event planning.
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus.
Hands-on experience in acting as an MC, host, or in charge of event planning in clubs, student organizations, or social activities is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior internship experience in HR or a related field is a plus.
