JOB PURPOSE
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys design, has an interest in UX/UI, and feels confident communicating in English. You will work in a supportive environment with guidance from the HR team.
1. Employer Branding & Employee Engagement (90%)
a. HR Landing Page Support on SharePoint (70%)
• Assist in designing and updating the HR landing page on SharePoint.
• Apply basic UX/UI principles to ensure the page is user-friendly and visually appealing.
• Help with layouts, simple wireframes, icons, and banners.
• Organize HR content clearly and improve page flow where needed.
• Make design enhancements based on employee feedback.
b. Employer Branding & Engagement Activities (20%)
• Create visual materials (posters, infographics, banners, event visuals) for internal communication.
• Support monthly HR events, welcome activities for new joiners, and culture programs.
• Draft clear and professional internal messages, captions, and short announcements in English & Vietnamese.
• Assist with preparing communication assets and logistics for engagement activities.
2. HR Administrative Support (10%)
• Help with HR documents, data entry, and file organization.
• Support onboarding tasks such as preparing welcome kits and arranging schedules.
• Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks.
Yêu cầu
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Multimedia Design, UX/UI, or related fields.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
No require experience, relevant experience and strong interest in in SharePoint design is preferred.
• Interest or basic skills in design; experience with Figma, Canva, or Adobe tools is a plus.
• Having UX/UI coursework or certification is an advantage but not required.
ABILITIES/SKILLS REQUIREMENT
• Creative, open to learning, and comfortable working with digital tools.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, proactive, and willing to support different HR activities.
• Intermediate English communication skills.
