Mô tả công việc
1. Human Resource Duties
• Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Prepare and send offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
• Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Assist with training and development activities, such as monitoring the training plan implemented timely, uploading the training records into the system, and generating the monthly report.
• Generate monthly reports to the respective Department manager and Group HR and ensure the accurate data to be imported into the system.
• Organize company events
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (i.e. monthly attrition report, New Hire, etc., )
• Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures.
• Research industry trends related to the organization's Human Resources Department.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and data entry.
2. Administrative Duties
• Source and arrange for the purchase of office supplies, equipment, and services
• Provide administrative support to the Company and team, including notarization of documents, name card printing, logistics arrangement for business trips, organizing Company/ department events
• Assist with submission of visa/residence card/work permit applications for expatriates

*Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
2. Proven experience working in an office environment.
