Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
Help maintain employee records and ensure that all HR-related documentation is accurately filed and up-to-date.
Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
Provide support in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to the development of HR projects and initiatives.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic information regarding HR policies and procedures.
Perform other administrative tasks and support duties as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
