Talent Acquisition
Be responsible for recruiting some positions required.
Support in searching, screening CV, arranging interview and related administrative tasks.
Control recruitment documents.
Update candidate database.
Involve in Employer Branding activities.
Learning & Development
Support to organize and coordinate training courses according to training plan.
Update training database (input data, record document...).
Control training documents (attendance list, survey, test...).
Manage 5S activities at the workplace and training room.
Participate in some projects in Learning & Development.
Perform other administrative tasks related to Learning & Development.
Internal Communication
Structure content and design material for Internal Communication.
Assist in event planning and organizing.
Other tasks assigned by Superior.
Yêu cầu
Last-year students with major in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Business
English or related others.
Be good at Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) and Outlook.
Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented.
Responsible & willing-to-learn mindset.
Good communication skills.
Know how to use design software is a plus.
