50% Administrative task:
Work with external vendors to have office supplies and other office management stuff.
Welcome all visitors and newcomers.
Arrange accommodation and transportation for business trips of employees and clients.
Prepare equipment for employees.
Prepare payment records for internal expenses.
Do other administrative tasks.
50% Talent Acquisition task:
Source-efficient recruiting channels (online & offline) to attract qualified candidates.
Build applicant sources by assisting in the recruitment process: applicant screening, job posting,
interview arrangement, etc.
Develop a database of candidates to make sure all vacancies are ready to fulfill.
Create CVs following the company format to send to clients.
Yêu cầu
Last year or graduated student.
Able to join fulltime internship in 04 months.
Great problem-solving skills.
Proficient in English.
Proactive and effective self-learning and research skills.
Listening, patiently learning, careful and meticulous.
Capable of teamwork.
Be able to take part in sport activities is a plus.
