Vietcetera is looking for an HR Intern to join our People team and support daily operations across recruitment, data management, and employee engagement. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in how a fast-paced media company attracts and develops talent, from sourcing candidates and managing HR data to coordinating internal events that shape our culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition
- Take part in Vietcetera's hiring journey from sourcing potential candidates to screening resumes and arranging interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules, communicate directly with candidates, and help ensure a smooth, welcoming experience throughout the process.
- Support onboarding for new team members, helping them feel right at home from day one.
2. HR Operations & Data Management
- Keep HR data organized and accurate from bonding budgets to turnover reports and recruitment pipelines.
- Update and maintain internal databases and trackers, ensuring information stays up to date and easy to access.
- Support in compiling data-driven insights that help the HR team make better decisions.
3. Office & Administrative Operations
- Assist in preparing HR documents, internal letters, and company-wide announcements.
- Coordinate logistics for new hires, HR meetings, and internal initiatives.
- Help maintain smooth daily operations across the HR team by keeping processes organized and efficient.
4.People Engagement & Culture Activities
- Join the creative side of HR planning and executing internal activities like onboarding sessions, birthdays, and team bonding events.
- Help craft HR communication content such as internal messages, mini campaigns, or social media posts that reflect Vietcetera's vibrant culture.
- Bring your ideas and energy to build a more connected, engaging workplace for everyone.
Qualifications: - Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Good command of Excel/Google Sheets and data organization.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about HR operations.
- Good communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Team player who enjoys a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- Good English proficiency is a plus.
