Full-Cycle Recruitment:Lead the entire recruitment process from creating job descriptions to screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers (from store to back office positions).
Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, providing them with the necessary tools and information to succeed.

Employee Training and Development:
Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Conduct performance management processes, including evaluation and feedback sessions.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Address employee complaints and implement solutions to improve morale.
Company Culture Development:
Lead initiatives to develop and nurture a positive company culture fostering collaboration, innovation, and well-being.
Organize and facilitate team-building activities, company events, and workshops to enhance employee engagement.
Ensure that the company's core values and mission are integrated into everyday business practices and employee interactions.
Promote an inclusive and supportive work environment, addressing any cultural challenges as the company scales.
Administrative Work: Office Management
Oversee daily administrative activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
In charge of
purchasing and managing office resources, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Compensation & Benefit:
In charge of calculating salary, wages, and leave of employees based on information provided by accounting and other departments
HR Policy Compliance:
Develop and update HR and administrative policies and procedures.
Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
