Mô tả công việc
• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Source and employ talents internationally, proficient in immigration protocols and seamless onboarding procedures.
• Possess substantial expertise in orchestrating certifications such as BSCI, WRAP, GRS, Green Factory, etc., including their successful renewal.
• Provides support and guidance to HR team, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive ques-tions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as investi-gating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
• Manages the talent acquisition process, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; col-laborates with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
• Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals
• Develop and monitor payroll system and benefits program
• Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other de-partments in the organization.
• Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, perfor-mance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for reporting.
• Administers benefits programs such as insurance, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance
• Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
• Conduct training for line supervisors in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety (including fire protection safety), Rewards and Recognitions
• Office supplies purchase and management & Canteen management
• Prepares budget of human resources operations
• Make sure all employees follow the labor law and company regulations

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• At least three years of human resource management experience in manufacturing, garment/outerwear preferred
• Have good command over English and Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
• The person should have high level of integrity, has strong sense of responsibility, good at communication
• Honest, hardworking, Creative, "Out of Box" thinking, Can Do mind set, Multi-tasking, self-motivated, "team player"
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
• Long-term commitment to the company, our standard contract starts with 3 year period.
• Number of experience year: At least 3 years in the same position
• Please indicate your current/last monthly salary and the expected salary (compulsory requirement). Salary will be commen-surate with qualifications and experience.
