Mô tả công việc
- Plan and monitor overall HR strategies in order to achieve the target of business;
- Create the policy, the learning & development strategy in short and long-term needs for staffing, talent management;
- Work closely with various departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
- Play a key role in developing an organizational culture that maintains the highest standards of business performance and behavior;
- Manage all recruitment needs for the company, including implementing and continually developing a robust recruitment process;
- Responsible for the payroll, bonus and benefits for employees;
- Manage all the administrative work;
- Other duties as assigned by the General Director & CEO.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 5+ years of experience as progressive experience in HR Management in a multinational/ manufacturing/ garment company.
- Solid track record in Human resources within a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience gained in a multinational company
- Must be well versed in employment and human resources laws and regulations of Vietnam Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and with a high standard of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to communicate effectively with boss and colleagues
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Native Vietnamese speaker with proficient use of both spoken and written English.
