Mô tả công việc
- Develop strategies, policies, initiatives and oversee the implementation of high-level HR in all destinations to aligned with the overall company's strategy.
- Be responsible, assign the job tasks of HR & Admin Departments, and follow up on work results to ensure effectiveness and reduce HR & Admin costs.
- Be in charge of HR & Admin detailed planning and create the HR & Admin annual budget.
- Establish departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the company's strategic goals in Vietnam.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Coordinate with Accounting Division in managing the work of payroll administration for staff
- Assist other head of department in bridging management and employee relations.
- Actively support the Head of Departments in reward and discipline (if necessary)
- Support HR & Admin team in all destinations to implement HR strategy of Easia Travel Group
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Encourage the ongoing development of the HR staff.
- Manages the development and maintenance of Human Resources Information Systems (Histaff)
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Consult the implementation of high-level HR strategies in all destinations

Yêu cầu
1. Competency
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of Labor law, HR best practices and HR systems & databases
- Good leadership and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and strong decision making skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
- Characteristics: pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, honest, active, decisive
2. Education
- University: Bachelor or Master major in human resources, business administration or relevant field
3. Experience
- At least 5 years' experience working in HR & Admin
- At least 2 years' experience at the same position
- Be an active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement (preferred)

- 40 hours per week (8h30 - 12h & 13h30 - 17h30)
- Off on Saturday & Sunday
* 12 days of annual leave entitlement
