1. HR Team Management:
· Lead and manage a large-scale HR team, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations.
· Oversee organizational development (OD), compensation & benefits (C&B), administration (Admin), and regional HR teams responsible for recruitment and office administration.
2. HR System Implementation:
· Transition the company from Excel-based HR management to a comprehensive HR IT/IS system.
· Implement and manage HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
3. Strategic HR Planning:
· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
· Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
4. Compliance and Risk Management:
· Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
· Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
5. Employee Relations and Performance Management:
· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
· Manage the recruitment and selection process, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive roles.
· Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
· Knowledge of HR systems and databases, particularly HR IT/IS systems.
· Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
· Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
· In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
· BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field.
· Intermediate or higher English speaking skills.
· Intermediate or higher Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
