About the Role
We are looking for an HR Manager with a strong focus on tech recruitment, while also handling key HR operations. This role is responsible for attracting and hiring top technical talent, ensuring smooth HR processes, and managing basic administrative HR tasks.

Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
Develop and execute recruitment strategies for hiring developers, business analysts, project managers, and other technical roles.
Source, screen, and assess candidates for technical expertise and cultural fit.
Conduct structured interviews and manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Strengthen Litmers' employer branding through networking, job fairs, and tech community engagement.
HR Operations & Employee Relations
Manage employee onboarding, probation tracking, and full employee lifecycle.
Provide guidance on HR policies and compliance in alignment with Vietnamese labor regulations.
Coordinate annual employee evaluations and feedback sessions.
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and engagement initiatives.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
Support HR processes related to payroll, timesheets, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws, including social insurance, medical insurance, and unemployment insurance.
Keep employees informed of any regulatory updates affecting HR policies.
Administrative & Office Management Support
Oversee procurement of office supplies, IT equipment (monitors, laptops), and employee amenities.
Maintain records of monthly invoices and expenses for bookkeeping.
Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and HR-related initiatives.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment (preferably in tech or IT industry).
Strong understanding of software development roles, tech stacks, and industry trends.
Familiarity with HR systems, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and recruitment platforms.
Knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, social insurance, and employee benefits.
Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have
Experience working in a startup or IT outsourcing company.
Familiarity with no-code/low-code development.
HR certification or relevant coursework in business administration or HR management.
