Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and onboarding administration.
• Manage employee onboarding, probation confirmation and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data and HR documentation.
• Consolidate attendance records and timesheets for payroll processing.
• Coordinate employee training administration and maintain training records.
• Support expatriate administration, including work permits, visas and temporary residence cards.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, internal communications and company events.
• Prepare HR reports, employee statistics and HR metrics.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and employee enquiries.
• Support HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Administration
• Manage daily office administration to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
• Coordinate office facilities, office maintenance, office supplies and pantry management.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, contractors and building management regarding office services and administrative matters.
• Maintain company assets, administrative records and office documentation.
• Support procurement activities and monitor office administration expenses within the approved budget.
Yêu cầu
Experience / Skills Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration or HR & Administration.
• Hands-on experience in HRIS administration and employee database management.
• Experience supporting recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Experience in attendance management, payroll administration and HR documentation.
• Experience coordinating employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Experience supporting work permits, visas and immigration processes for expatriates is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Vietnam Labour Law and HR administration practices.
• Strong organizational, coordination and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, service-oriented and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
