Mô tả công việc
We are looking for an HR Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day functions of the HR department, a multi-tasker who is comfortable being that go-to person. The HR Manager will have a broad knowledge of human resource functions, from hiring and onboarding to compensation and evaluation.
HR Operations Manager responsibilities include building budgets, implementing new company policies, procedures and maintaining internal HR systems. You will ensure our HR initiatives are cost-effective, run smoothly and contribute to a healthy work environment.
1. Talent Acquisition
- Perform analysis and forecasting the hiring needs of the departments
- Create a sustainable talent acquisition recruitment strategies
- Directly recruiting and selecting suitable talents for Back Office position (senior level and above)
- Take charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing employer branding activities (online and offline channels)
- Design, plan and implement all processes & procedures related to Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding;
- Lead, manage and supervise members of the recruitment team for evaluating recruitment efforts
2. Compensation & Benefits
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Work towards improving company policies and procedures to promote positive employee relations
3. Learning & Development
- Design and deliver employee L&D plans, by identifying training needs through internal/ external resources and developing an annual training plan for all employees
4. Employee Engagement:
• Create supportive work atmosphere - Relationships through department and cross-department activities
• Create dynamic communications content to support Company's Vision, Objectives/ Goals through Monthly Town Halls, Fanpage, Website
• Embed Company core values through communication, engagement activities
5. Performance Management

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 02 years of experience as Human Resource Manager/ HRBP Manager. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the F&B industry
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in Vietnam
- Strong in communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Proficient in MS Office, HRIS
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills
- Ability to perform multi-tasks and be results-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, trustworthy, high standards in work
