(1) Performance Management
• Design and operate Performance Management System (PMS)
• Coordinate KPI setting with department heads
• Monitor performance results and provide analysis/report
(2) Performance Tracking & Follow-up
• Track departmental action plans
• Follow up performance gaps and improvement initiatives
• Coordinate to ensure alignment across departments
(3) Talent Development & Succession
• Identify key talents and high-potential employees
• Support Talent Review & Succession Planning
• Collaborate to design development programs
(4) Organization Development
• Analyze structure and workforce productivity
• Propose improvements in roles and workflow
• Support culture and performance-driven environment
Workplace: Yên Phong, Bắc Ninh
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, Planning, Strategy, or Performance Management.
• Strong knowledge of performance management and talent development.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
• Good English proficiency (TOEIC 750+ or equivalent).
