Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a HR & Admin Officer (Temporary 10 months, $550, ID20056)
Managed end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including job description development, candidate coordination, orientation, and probation evaluation.
Ensured compliance with labor laws and company policies; handled labor contracts and maintained employee records.
Administered payroll, attendance tracking, PIT, and statutory insurance (SI, HI, UI), along with employee benefits.
Coordinated training programs and supported employee development initiatives.
Prepared periodic HR reports for authorities and headquarters.
Oversaw administrative operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Managed office expenses and supported administrative budget planning.
Organized internal events and handled travel arrangements for business trips.
Requirement
Male/Female. Under 35 years old.
Bachelor's degree of Business Administration, Human Resources, Law or related majors.
At least 2 years of experience in a general HR role.
Mandatory experience in payroll processing and Personal Income Tax (PIT) handling.
Good knowledge of labor laws and social insurance regulations.
Proficient in English.
Willing to work on a 10-month contract.
