Mô tả công việc
1. Ensure a strong talent pipeline for the company
• Support sourcing and attracting potential candidates.
• Maintain and develop candidate databases for both short-term and long-term hiring needs.
2. Create a positive experience for candidates and new hires
• Assist in candidate assessments, interviews, and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Take part in onboarding activities to help new hires quickly adapt and integrate into the workplace.
3. Contribute to Employer Branding
• Participate in communication activities that promote the company's culture and work environment.
• Support the development and promotion of employer branding across various channels.
4. Expand recruitment networks
• Assist in maintaining partnerships with universities, training centers, career sites, and other recruitment partners.
• Contribute to building talent pipelines and candidate communities.
Yêu cầu
• 3rd/4th-year student or recent graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related fields.
• Genuine interest in recruitment, passion for working with people, and aspiration to pursue a career in HR.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain candidate networks, contributing to sustainable talent pipelines.
• Proficiency in office tools; tech-savvy, eager to apply AI solutions, and familiar with basic tools such as Canva.
• English: capable of reading and understanding documents, using tools, and basic workplace communication.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative.
