- Coordinate with managers and leaders to understand recruitment needs and job requirements
- Manage the posting job issues in recruitment channels.
- Process internal interview procedure: Screen CV, schedule interviews, and coordinate with manager & leaders of all department to interview and select candidates.
- Directly join interview with candidates, perform onboarding activities
- Maintain and update candidate records in the company system
- Responsible for the employer branding activities through maintaining the relationship with universities and managing the social channels of company.
- Responsible for weekly - monthly - quarterly - yearly recruitment reports as requirement

- Report about human resources when required

- Major: Bachelor in Economics, Finance - Banking, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, English, Chinese or related majors...
- At least 1 year experience in HR & Admin
- A strong desire to work in HR & Admin.
- Teamwork skill, hardworking, careful and willing to learn.
- Foreign language: 750+ TOEIC (other certificate equivalents 700+ TOEIC) or HSK/ TOCFL level 4+; and can use it fluently (4 skills) in work.
- Can use office equipment, good at using Microsoft Office.
- Working time is only 5 days/week (from Monday to Friday).
