HR Recruitment Specialist Cum Admin

The HR and Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and supporting various HR functions. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The specialist will also assist with employee relations, performance management, and HR administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and extend job offers.
2. Onboarding:
- Prepare and deliver new hire orientation programs.
- Ensure new employees complete all necessary paperwork and training.
- Assist new hires in understanding company policies and procedures.
3. Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in resolving workplace issues and conflicts.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
4. HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Support purchasing and checking invoices and bank transactions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
5. Other Duties:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices.
- Provide support for other HR-related tasks as needed.
